list database instance types and prices

List the instance types a database can run on, with the monthly price for the environment's region.

Free and Flex share CPU. Standard and Plus are dedicated; Plus has twice the memory per vCPU. Storage beyond the included amount is billed per GB. High availability (a standby) is available from 1 vCPU.

Usage​

csph db instance-types [flags]
