manage a deployment's builds

🏗️ Manage a deployment's builds.

A build turns the deployment's source into an image and deploys it. A push to the connected branch starts one; create starts one on demand from the deployment's current manifest.

A build moves through pending → dispatched → building → built → predeploying → deploying, and ends succeeded, failed or canceled. A deployment that requires approval parks a build at awaiting_approval until a project admin or owner approves it (approve) or rejects it (reject).

A build's output is on csph deployment logs <deployment-id> --build <build-id>.
