Audit log: No result recorded

A change we accepted but never got a result for no longer stays Requested in the audit log. It now reads No result recorded, never Failed, because it may have taken effect. If the result arrives later, the entry shows it.

  • Older entries that never got a result read No result recorded too.
  • In the API, the outcome is unconfirmed, and outcome may gain new values: show one you don't recognize as it is.
  • If you use the Python API client, update it to the latest version: older versions raise an error on the new outcome.
