Account locked

account_locked

The account is in a state that does not allow this action. The answer's title names the state, and its detail says what to do.

What this means

The account is paused, is scheduled for deletion, has been deleted, or has not finished setting up billing.

How to fix it

Follow the answer's detail: an owner or admin can unpause a paused account or restore one that is scheduled for deletion, in the console; finish billing set-up if that is what is missing.

Retry behavior

Retry after the account's state has changed.

How it appears in the response

ComputeSphere returns errors as RFC 7807 Problem Details. The type field is the docs URL for this page — switch on code in your client.
