GitHub permissions not approved
This GitHub organization hasn't approved ComputeSphere's updated permissions yet.
What this means
ComputeSphere's GitHub App now reads an organization's members, to confirm that the person connecting it is an owner. No owner of this organization has approved that yet.
How to fix it
Ask an owner of the organization to approve the updated permissions in its GitHub settings, under GitHub Apps, then connect again.
Retry behavior
Retry after an owner has approved the updated permissions.
How it appears in the response
ComputeSphere returns errors as RFC 7807 Problem Details. The type field is the docs URL for this page — switch on code in your client.

The Content-Type header is application/problem+json. On field-level validation errors a non-empty errors[] array also appears, each entry carrying its own docs_url for the offending field.
