Tunnel unavailable

tunnel_unavailable

This database doesn't accept tunnel connections yet. Turn on public access and allow your IP address, then try again.

What this means

Tunnels to this database go through its public endpoint, and its public access is off or doesn't allow any address yet.

How to fix it

Turn on the database's public access and add your IP address to its allowlist, then open the tunnel again.

Retry behavior

Retry after turning on public access.

How it appears in the response

ComputeSphere returns errors as RFC 7807 Problem Details. The type field is the docs URL for this page — switch on code in your client.
