Subscription exists

subscription_exists

This account already has a subscription, so a new checkout would start a second one, billed separately.

What this means

A checkout was started for an account that is already subscribed or in its trial.

How to fix it

Change the plan, spherelets or storage on the account's billing page instead.

Retry behavior

Do not retry: the answer will not change while the subscription is live.

How it appears in the response

ComputeSphere returns errors as RFC 7807 Problem Details. The type field is the docs URL for this page — switch on code in your client.

The Content-Type header is application/problem+json. On field-level validation errors a non-empty errors[] array also appears, each entry carrying its own docs_url for the offending field.
