Rate limited

rate_limited

Too many requests were sent in a short time. Wait, then try again.

What this means

Requests from your account, token or network went over the limit for this kind of request.

How to fix it

Wait for the number of seconds in the Retry-After header, then send the request again. If you send many requests, spread them out.

Retry behavior

Retry after the Retry-After interval.

How it appears in the response

ComputeSphere returns errors as RFC 7807 Problem Details. The type field is the docs URL for this page — switch on code in your client.

The Content-Type header is application/problem+json. On field-level validation errors a non-empty errors[] array also appears, each entry carrying its own docs_url for the offending field.
